Return Policy

Defects

You have 3 calendar days to return your product from the date you received it at any of our outlets. To be eligible, your product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.  Finally, you must also produce the receipt or proof of purchase for your product.

Once we receive your product, it will take us an estimated 1 week to inspect it.  We will immediately notify you of the status and outcome after we have completed inspecting the product.

Important Note:

Please also note that we will compare your order with the original images uploaded to check the quality difference. If the original image quality is poor, we will be unable to reprint/replace your order. Please note we retain the right to ask for an image or product to be returned for our inspection to confirm the error/ damage/issue about the product.  

 

Refund

We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our custom-made products. Please drop us a message and we will look into your order if there are extenuating circumstances and we will be happy to work out remedial solutions.

  

Prepaid Vouchers

If you forget to apply your prepaid voucher, please reach out to our customer support so that we can aid you. Do take note that admin and processing fees will apply. This does not apply for discount codes.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your shipping costs when returning your product.

You will also be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the collection of your re-produced product. Alternatively, you can choose to collect the item at any of our outlets with free-of-charge (FOC) provision.
