The classic. Buttery and smooth, they melt in your mouth. The recipe comes from Min’s aunt, who retired from making pineapple tarts a decade ago.

Min’s speciality: tea! A unique pairing by Min, pineapple infused with the soft taste of Darjeeling tea. Developed after rigorous R&D by Min, this tart is a great snack to pair with even more tea!

Definitely, for those who want a touch of something more unique and a bit of a kick, the gochujang peanut is a spicy twist on the usual peanut desserts

This CNY, Min once again brings us a crowd favourite, the kinako mochi. Soft, chewy and subtly sweet, kinako mochi makes for an addictive snack.
