Sanwraps

sanwrap-001-long.jpg

Sanwraps is the brainchild of Si Jia, who started Sanwraps in her kitchen 2 years back. A first-year university student then, Si Jia took time off her studies to focus on her trade and is now a specialist in floral arrangements. She has since branched out from bouquets into more artistic offerings including floral domes, flower arches as well as floral mirrors. However, bouquets remain a staple for Sanwraps, and they offer a wide range of both preserved and fresh bouquets. Masterfully crafted bespoke bouquets also adorn her Instagram page and are available upon request. Anyone keen on her creative insights is welcome to join her workshop, where she imparts her knowledge on the art of floristry. Clean, minimalistic and chic, Sanwraps always delivers happiness.

Angstbakes is EeRu’s second baby. The mother of one kid and a self-taught baker started her business in 2017 and hasn’t looked back since. Her bento cakes are her speciality, with her signature being the frog cakes. Imagine 5 3D frogs holding hands, seated on the edge of the cake with huge smiles plastered on their faces. Adorable! Want a clean minimalistic look? How about a dreamy watercolour cake? EeRu has got you covered with her wide range of designs. She offers single-tier cakes too, alongside the occasional bake sales for tarts, cookies and dessert boxes. Her cakes come in 5 different delicious flavours, and while they aren’t halal-certified, no lard or gelatin is used. Angstbakes is incredibly popular so make sure you grab an available slot once it opens up at the end of every month!

Made by min

madebyminn_1.jpg

Made by min is an online cake studio that specialises in tea cream cakes. Heavily influenced by tea culture after her stay in Taiwan in 2019, Made by Min was created to showcase her ability to infuse tea and cake. Min is more than a patisserie. She is a creative, driven by “a vision of creation, reflection of our inspiration and ideas”. Min often challenges the status quo, and never loses a chance at making every exclusive event a priceless memory with her delightful bakes. While Min offers curated dessert boxes, her wedding and customised cakes are truly where her design sensibilities shine. Those cakes are exquisite; a miniature garden blooming across an expanse of white, serene yet ephemerally haunting. It looks more to art than food. Her expertise is backed by her background as a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Singapore. While she majored in culinary, it is pastry she has an immersed passion for, and she has worked at various establishments in Singapore and Taiwan.
